摘 要:在实验室试制了780MPa级冷轧双相钢,介绍了其成分设计、轧制工艺和连续退火工艺。研究了过时效温度对钢板力学性能和显微组织的影响,并利用扫描电镜和透射电镜对钢的显微组织进行了分析。结果表明,试制的冷轧双相钢经820℃保温,320℃过时效处理,可以获得综合力学性能优良的冷轧双相钢,其屈服强度为408MPa,抗拉强度为812MPa,伸长率达到了23.1%。Cold rolled dual-phase steels of 780 MPa grade were trial-produced in laboratory. The chemical composition design,rolling technology and continuous annealing process of the cold rolled dual-phase steels were introduced. The effect of over-ageing temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure was studied. The microstructure after eontinuous annealing was analyzed using SEM and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that the dual-phase steels which have good meehanical properties can be obtained by annealing at 820 ℃, overageing at 320 ℃. After heat treatment,the yield strength is 408 MPa,the tensile strength is 812 MPa and the elongation reaches 23.1%.
