摘 要:研究了铝镁硼复合磷酸盐铸造无机树脂粘结剂含固量与密度之间的关系,提出通过计算粘结剂的含固量控制合成时的加水量可以简便地获得预期的密度。采用对所研制的粘结剂进行超声波振荡及混砂时加入有机高聚物YPPJ对铝镁硼复合磷酸盐铸造粘结剂热硬砂进行改性。结果表明:超声波振荡可以在一定程度上提高铝镁硼复合磷酸盐铸造粘结剂热硬砂的干强度和抗吸湿性,混砂的同时加入有机高聚物YPPJ,则能使干强度提高2.5倍,抗吸湿性也大大提高。The relation between solid-containing content and density of Al-Mg-B compound phosphate inorganic binder was studied. It was put forward that the expected density can be obtained easily by calculating solid-containing content to control water addition. The heat cured sand of Al-Mg-B compound phosphate inorganic binder was modified by ultrasonic oscillation to binder and adding organic polymer YPPJ while mixing of sand. The results show that ultrasonic oscillation can improve dry strength and humidity resistance of heat cured sand in some degree, and the dry strength can improve to 2.5 times, the humidity resistance can also improve greatly by using ultrasonic oscillation and adding organic polymer YPPJ while mixing of sand.
