摘  要:以板料成形仿真软件Dynaform为平台,建立了圆桶形件有限元模型。利用该模型分析了不同形式的拉延筋对圆桶形件冲压成形质量的影响,得到了拉延筋优化前、后的成形极限图。优化拉延筋的设置方式和尺寸后,解决了优化前局部成形不充分及开裂的问题。仿真结果与实际零件成形结果一致。Based on the blank stamping simulation software Dynaform, the FE model of the automobile circle tubular was established, with which the influence of different shape of drawbead on the stamping quality was analyzed, and the forming limit diagrams before and after drawbead optimization were obtained. After the establishment way and shape size of drawbead was optimized, the deficient formation and breakage were solved. The simulation results were identical with the formed parts.
