摘  要:采用自行设计组装的表面等离子体激元共振光化学传感器实验装置,在不加其它化学试剂的条件下,研究了传感器对葡萄糖溶液的响应特性。实验结果表明,此传感器测定葡萄糖溶液的稳定性、可逆性良好,响应迅速,使用寿命长。在波长620nm处,灵敏度为2.4× 10-4折射率单位,RSD=1.5%(n=11, 0.92%的葡萄糖)。分析了一些实际样品,结果良好。A novel optical chemical glucose sensor based on surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is presented. Unlike traditional SPR sensor, which was working at a fixed wavelength and with modulated angle of incidence light, the sensor presented was designed on the basis of fixing angle of incidence light and measuring reflected light intensity in the wavelength range of 400 - 800 um. Because no chemical reagent was needed, the sensor was very suitable for the determination of glucose in its injection solution. The sensitivity of the sensor to the refractive index changes was found to be 2 .4 × 10-4 index of refraction units at the wavelength of 620 um. Some samples were analyzed with the sensor. The results obtained were in good agreement with those obtained with the standard method. Under the selected experimental conditions, the sensor has a good repeatability for the determination of 0. 92% glucose solution (n = 11, RSD = 1. 5% ).
