摘 要:大庆油田外围油田的集输系统绝大部分采用环状掺水流程,该集输系统受单井产量低,气油比低、井口出液温度低、集输半径大,原油凝固点高等因素的影响,集输系统生产能耗一直偏高。针对油田生产的这种现状,经过两年的现场试验及相关理论研究,给出了适合该类集输系统安全运行的技术界限,为外围油田环状集油工艺低温运行探索了新的途径,也为实现油田不加热集输提供技术支撑。Daqing Oilfield external field the vast majority of the gathering and transportation system using annular Water flow, the gathering and transportation system by a low single well production, gas-oil ratio low, low well- head fluid temperature, the radius of gathering and transportation, and higher freezing point of crude oil factors , gathering and transportation system has been the production of high energy consumption.
