摘　　要：通过对光与生物组织相互作用特性的分析,模拟了一种求解光子在生物组织中迁移规律的蒙特卡罗计算方法,通过对大量光子进行计算从而获得光在生物组织中传播的理论依据。The character of optic propagation in biological tissue is studied the method of measurement for biological tissue optical parameters is analyzed and Monte Carlo simulation was used to calculate the photons migration traces in biological tissue. A basic principle for optic propagation of biological tissue from calculating massive of photons is suppeied.
