摘 要:以异辛醇为络合剂、航空煤油为稀释剂组成萃取剂,对从含硼镁卤水中络合萃取硼酸过程中的盐析效应进行了研究,分析了卤水pH值、体系温度和卤水中镁离子浓度对硼酸分配系数D的影响。结果表明:镁离子浓度越高,分配系数D越大;当卤水pH值在1.0~3.0时,分配系数D的大小与pH值无关,此时分配系数D最大;当pH值在3.0~5.0时,分配系数D随pH值的升高快速减小;当pH值在5.0~7.0时,分配系数D几乎不受pH值的影响,此时分配系数最小;当镁离子浓度<75.53g/L时,温度对分配系数的影响不显著;当镁离子浓度在86.23~107.90g/L时,分配系数随温度的升高而减小。对试验结果进行拟合得到盐析效应的经验公式。With isooctyl alcohol as eomplexing agent and aviation kerosene as dilute, the sahing-out effect on the process of extracting boric acids from the boron-magnesium-contained brine was studied. The influence of brine pH value, temperature and Mg ion concentration to boric acid distribution coefficient D was studied. The results showed that the distribution coefficient D increased with the increasing of Mg ion; the distribution coefficient D kept constant when pH is between 1.0 and 3.0 ; the distribution coefficient D reduced with the increasing of pH when pH value is between 3.0 and 5.0 ; the pH value almost has no influence on the distribution coefficient when pH is between 5.0 and 7.0 ; the temperate almost has no influence on the distribution coefficient when Mg ion concentration is lower than 75.53 g/L; the distribution coefficient reduced with the increasing of temperature when the concentration of Mg ion is between 86.23 and 107.90 g/L. Base on the experimental data, an empirical equation for the salting-out effect was proposed.
