摘 要:[目的]提高丁芎癣药水的质量标准。[方法]建立了川芎的薄层色谱鉴别,并以气相色谱法测定丁香酚的含量。[结果]薄层色谱鉴别中,在供试品与川芎对照药材色谱相应的位置上,显相同的荧光斑点;含量测定中,丁香酚在1.0028~10.0300μg(r=0.9996)呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD为2.6%(n=9);各阴性均无干扰。[结论]所建立的质量标准可以作为丁芎癣药水的质量控制方法。[ Objective ] The research aimed to improve the quality standard of Dingxiongxuan liniment. [ Method ] The identification of Rhizoma Chuanxiong by TLC was established, and the content of eugenol was determined by GC. [ Result ] The TLC spots were clear and distinguishable, the linear range of eugenol was within 1. 002 8 - 10. 030 0 μg ( r = 0. 999 6). The average recovery rate was 101.2% with RSD 2.6% ( n = 9 ). The results of TLC and GC could not be interfered by the blanks. [ Conclusion ] The quality standard could be used for quality control of Dingxiongxuan Liniment.
