摘 要:玉米是一种重要的粮食作物。玉米花粉活力鉴定是玉米遗传育种研究的一个重要方面,它不仅关系到商用杂交种的生产,而且与玉米种质资源的保护密切相关。主要对现在4种经常应用的玉米花粉活力鉴定方法进行了比较。结果表明,花粉体外萌发的方法要优于化学染色的方法。在2种花粉管液体培养基的比较中,含有较多蔗糖但是没有氨基酸的培养基(处理I)优于虽然含有氨基酸但是蔗糖含量较少的培养基(处理II)。尽管蔗糖和氨基酸在花粉萌发的过程中都发挥了重要作用,但是氨基酸的重要性要低于蔗糖。Maize was one of the most important crops in the world. Pollen viability identification was one important field of maize, and it not only related with the production of the commercial hybrid seeds, but also close related to the protection of germplasm resources . The four main methods of maize pollen identification were compared, the results showed that the Pollen germination in vitro was superior to chemical staining and artificial insemination. Between the two liquid germination medium, medium I contained more sucrose with no amino acids was better than medium II which contained amino acids and less sucrose. Although sucrose and amino acids both played important roles in pollen tubes germination and growth, the role of amino acids was less obviously than that of sucrose.
