摘 要:[目的]利用过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶标记技术对珍珠黄杨无性系进行研究。[方法]以珍珠黄杨普通无性系和新整理出的5个无性系为材料,对其叶片提取液进行POD同工酶电泳。[结果]结果表明:珍珠黄杨各无性系经POD同工酶电泳后条带数较少,只有4条,多态性不强,但根据酶谱染色深浅仍能区别各个无性系。[结论]研究认为该技术在珍珠黄杨无性系鉴定中有一定的应用潜力。[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the peroxidase isozyme patterns of Buxus sinica var. parvifolia by polyacrylamide electrophoresis. [ Method] Taken common clones and five new clones of B. sinica var. parvifolia for materials,and its leaves extract was used to carry out peroxidase isozyme electrophoresis. [ Result ] The results showed that only 4 isozyme bands were found in B. sinica var. parvifolia, and the polymorphism of them was not significant. But each clone could be distinguished from the degree of dyeing. [ Conclusion] It was considered in this study that peroxidase isozyme analysis was an efficient method for cuhivar identification of B. sinica var. parvifolia clones.
