摘  要:[目的]通过对不同温度、不同发芽床等条件对红花种子萌发影响的研究,找出红花种子发芽的最佳基本条件,从而为红花的规范化栽培提供一定的依据。[方法]采用常规的发芽试验方法进行试验,设置不同温度(10、15、20、25、30℃恒温和15/25、20/30℃变温)、不同发芽床(纸间、纸上、砂间、砂上)等处理对红花种子进行发芽试验,测定其发芽率和发芽指数。[结果]在25℃恒温和15/25℃变温条件下,红花种子发芽率为79.5%和80.0%;在10℃恒温条件下,红花种子发芽率最低,只有26.5%。发芽床以砂上和纸上为佳,发芽率分别达到79.5%和67.5%;砂中为最差,发芽率只有29.5%。[结论]在25℃恒温和15/25℃变温条件下进行砂上和纸上培养是红花种子萌发检验的最适条件。[ Objective ] The paper aimed to study on the different temperatures and germinating beds conditions to germination of Carthanus tinctorius seeds, the optimum basic conditions were found out, which provided a reference for standardized cultivation of C. tinctorius. [ Method ] The general germination method was used, germination rate and index of C. tinctorius seed were determined under different temperature conditions (10,15,20,25,30,15/25,20/30 ℃) and different germination cultivation conditions (on top filter paper , between filter paper , on top sand , between sand). [ Result] Germination rate of the seeds reached the maximal within 5 clays at 25 ℃ and 15/25 ℃. 'IS and TP were the best seed bed for C. tinctorius seed. S was the worst. [ Conclusion ] The optimal condition for the germination of the seed were on 'IS and TP at the temperature of 25 ℃ and 15/25 ℃.
