摘　　要：在分析宁夏城乡发展差距的基础上,探讨了城乡差距不断拉大的原因。提出了统筹宁夏城乡发展的有关建议:创新制度,发展工业,以工补农,重视教育,建立社会保障体系。Based on the analysis of the gap of urban-rural development in Ningxia, the causes of enlarged gap were discussed. Proposals on overall planning of urban-rural development were put forward, i.e. bringing forth new ideas in system, developing industry, subsidizing agriculture from industrial income, focusing on education and setting up social security system.
