摘　　要：企业财务诊断是以企业财务数据为依据,诊断企业运营的健康状况。文中介绍了运用本体的形式描述企业财务数据、信息以及财务指标的计算公式,作为系统中Agent间通信内容的载体,用于多Agent间的交互和通信;还详细的介绍了基于A-gent的系统模型,以及系统各模块的功能。该系统的显著特点是对本体的应用和基于BDI模型的Agent的引入。Enterprise Financial Diagnosis is based on enterprise financial data to diagnose operating state of the enterprise. This paper introduces the use of ontology to describe enterprise financial data, information and the formula for calculating financial indicators, as a carrier for communications and interaction between multi Agent; it also described the Enterprise Financial Diagnosis System Model based on Agent and the function of every module in details. The remarkable characteristics of this system is the application of ontology and the introduction of Agent based on BDI Model.
