摘　　要：本文介绍的远程智能监控仪主要用于水文水利监控,系统主要包括远程智能监控仪主控箱,远程智能监控仪接口设备,无线通信网络及后台服务器中心4个部分,系统设计包括硬件电路设计、应用程序编写、无线通信网络及后台服务器数据库的建立,本文将重点讨论硬件电路的设计和本地机应用程序的编写。The system which this article describes is mainly used in water monitoring, It consists four parts, the primary box, the auxiliary box, wireless communication network and database server. The system design includes hardware designing, application-level programming, establishing of wireless network and server database, this article focus on the hardware circuit design and c program of the local part.
