摘 要:目的探讨人事档案在医院人力资源管理工作中的作用。方法分析近几年医院人事档案管理的做法。结果人事档案是记述和反映个人经历以及德能勤绩综合素质的直接记载,它的作用在于为人事管理工作服务,是全面了解人才、选拔人才的基础,是领导者决定用人的重要参考依据。结论通过分析近几年医院人事档案管理的做法,人事档案管理在医院发展中所处的基础性和关键地位不容忽视。医院人事档案的管理必须实现现代化,只有重视和加强人事档案管理工作,才能使人事档案工作及时有效地为用人单位的领导者提供决策服务,才能充分发挥人力资源管理的作用。Objective To explore the role of personnel files in hospital human resource management. Methods The practices of hospital personnel files management were analyzed in recent years. Results Personnel file was to record and reflect the personal experience; it was the direct recording of one' s morals, ability, hardworking, and achievements. Its role was to serve the personnel file management, was the basis of understanding talents and selecting talents; was the important reference for leaders employing. Conclusion By analyzing the practices of hospital personnel files management in recent years, the important role of personnel files should not be ignored in the development of hospital. The hospital personnel files management must realize modernization, only paying attention to and strengthening personnel files management can offer decision service for leaders in time, give full play to the role of human resource management.
