多弹头射频术治疗肝癌的观察和护理

摘　　要：目的总结多弹头射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌或转移性肝癌的护理体会。方法对郴州市第一人民医院南院63例采用多弹头射频消融术治疗的肝癌患者进行术前、术中、术后护理。结果随访3～7个月,患者均存活。结论肝癌多弹头射频消融术损伤小、并发症少、恢复快,精心的护理是治疗成功的保障。Objective To summary the nursing experience of primary liver cancer or metastatic liver cancer treated by multi-bullet radiofrequency ablation. Methods First people＇s hospital of Chenzhou, Southern Branch, 63 cases of multi-bullet radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care. Result Follow-up 3 to 7 months, the patients were alive. Conclusions Liver cancer patients treated by multi-bullet radiofrequency ablation, the advantage is less damage and few complications, fast recovery, and the meticulous care is treatment guarantee of success.
