非骨水泥型双动头假体在老年移位性股骨颈骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:非骨水泥型双动头假体在老年股骨颈骨折患者治疗中的应用.方法:本研究回顾分析我科室2002～2005年间,对124例患者,128髋,65岁以上股骨颈骨折患者(患者平均年龄77岁)行非骨水泥型双动头假体置换的临床检查及影像学的结果.结果:平均随访3 a,Harris评分达82分.有两例患者因假体松动而翻修,其余患者影像学检查假体稳固,有骨质生长.6例患者因腹股沟区疼痛而再次行全髋关节置换.结论:通过临床评分及影像学检查,非骨水泥型双动头假体可以安全的应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者并疗效满意.AIM： To analyze whether cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasty is the better method for displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly. METHODS： From 2002 to 2005, we cured 96 patients of displaced femoral neck fractures who had a mean age of 77 years, 96 hip, by cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasty. RESULTS： The mean follow-up was 3 years and Harris hip scores averaged 82. Two cases with loose femoral stems were revised and the rest of the plant were stable and had the evidence of bone ingrowth. Because of the groin pain 6 patients were revised THA. CONCLUSION： Cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasty is the safe method for displaced femoral neck fractures in the elderly.
