摘　　要：930荧光光度计在使用过程中极易出现微电流放大器电路故障，尤其是调零电路和微安表测量电路故障。本文介绍如何通过调整电路参数，实现仪器空白调零、满偏调整，特别介绍了用普通微安表代换原表头的方法。实验结果表明，维修后的仪器能满足实验要求。此法适合一般检验单位使用。Three kinds of troubles of wicrocurrent amplifier of model 930 fluorescence photometer and their elimination methods are described. The zero adjustment and full scale adjustment can be realized by adjusting circuit parameters, The method for replacing the original mter with a commonly used ammeter is described.
