地黄炮制前后粗多糖的提取和总糖含量测定

摘　　要：目的:为有效开发和利用地黄中多糖类成分,比较地黄炮制前后其含量的变化。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取地黄多糖,用比色法对粗多糖中总糖进行含量测定。结果:生地黄和熟地黄中粗多糖的提取率分别为17.14%和26.72%,总糖含量分别为44.93%和16.29%。结论:地黄炮制前后多糖含量存在差异。Objective： To exploite and make use of the polysaccharide in Rehmanniae effectively and compare the polysaccharide content in Rehmanniae and its processed products. Methods： We extracted the polysaceharide in Rehmanniae by the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method and determinated the content of total sugar in the crude polysaccharide by colorimetry method. Results： The extraction ratio of crude polysaccharide were 17.14% in the Radix Rehmaniae and 26.72% in the Prepared Pehmanniae. The content of total sugar were 44.93% and 16.29% respectively. Conclusion： The contents of the polysaccharide in Rehmanniae and its processed products are different.
