摘  要:目的:为有效开发和利用地黄中多糖类成分,比较地黄炮制前后其含量的变化。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取地黄多糖,用比色法对粗多糖中总糖进行含量测定。结果:生地黄和熟地黄中粗多糖的提取率分别为17.14%和26.72%,总糖含量分别为44.93%和16.29%。结论:地黄炮制前后多糖含量存在差异。Objective: To exploite and make use of the polysaccharide in Rehmanniae effectively and compare the polysaccharide content in Rehmanniae and its processed products. Methods: We extracted the polysaceharide in Rehmanniae by the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method and determinated the content of total sugar in the crude polysaccharide by colorimetry method. Results: The extraction ratio of crude polysaccharide were 17.14% in the Radix Rehmaniae and 26.72% in the Prepared Pehmanniae. The content of total sugar were 44.93% and 16.29% respectively. Conclusion: The contents of the polysaccharide in Rehmanniae and its processed products are different.
