盐酸环丙沙星滴鼻剂有效抑菌浓度与稳定性的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研制盐酸环丙沙星滴鼻剂并确定其最低抑菌浓度及最稳定配方。方法:采用体外抑菌试验和加速实验法,对盐酸环丙沙星滴鼻剂进行有效抑菌浓度与稳定性的相关性研究,并对100例各种鼻炎患者进行临床疗效观察。结果:100例患者中,痊愈19例(19%),显效43例(43%),有效36例(36%),无效2例(2%),总有效率为98%。结论:0.5%～0.8%盐酸环丙沙星滴鼻剂浓度适当,稳定性好,疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective： To study and produce the Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Naritillae and make sure it inhibited germs lowest effective concentration and the most stable formulation. Methods：We used vitro experiments and accelerated test to carry out effective inhibitory concentration and stability of the related research in the Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Naritillae, and 100 cases of rhinitis in patients with a variety of clinical were observed. Results： In 100 cases, 19 cases （19%） were cured, 43 cases （43%） had marked effect, 36 cases （36%） were effective, 2 cases （2%） didn＇t effect, the total effective rate was 98%.Conclusion ：0.5%-0.8% Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Naritillae concentration is adequacy, stability is good, the curative effect is sure, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
