摘  要:本文采用TG方法研究了国内外五种PC在空气和N2中的热稳定性,采用动态FTIR方法探讨了热氧降解机理,并以TG方法计算了热降解动力学参数。结果表明,试样的平均分子量越高.分布越窄,端基活性越小,含量越少,分解温度越高。主链酯基的水解为其热氧降解的主要机理。Doyle-Ozawa积分法所得热降解活化能为117.5kJ/mol,幂前因子为1.11×107min(-1)。The thermal stability of bisphenol A poycarbonates manufactutal at fore and abnd was studied using ther-mogravimetry(TG) in air and in a nitrogn atmesphere. The mechanism of thermal - oxidative thaadation and kinetics of ther-mal degradation of polycaboates were investigated by FTIR and TG respectively. The results show that the higher the molec-ular weight and the narrower the molecular weight distribution, the higher the thermal decomposition temperature. The hydnd-ysis of ester groups in the main chain is the major step of thermal - oxidative degrtion of bisphenol A polycarbonates. The cor-responding activation energy and preexponential factor were determined by Doyle - erewa metho of int- as 117. 5 kl. mo- 1and 1. 11×107min -1.
