南京市中心区楼宇经济的实证研究——以山西路商圈为例

摘　　要：楼宇经济是近年来我国城市经济发展中涌现的一种新型经济形态,并且已成为当前城市经济快速增长中的一个重要分支,也是当前经济快速发展的一个亮点。本文以南京山西路商圈楼宇作为研究对象,通过对楼宇发展状况的调研,选取三座典型商务写字楼,分析比较其基本状况,试图发现山西路商圈楼宇经济的发展特点,并提出建议。The economy of the buildings is a new kind of emerging economy in the development of our country＇s urban economy, and has become an important branch of the city＇ s rapid economic growth, being a bright spot. This paper, taking the Nanjing Road shopping district in Shanxi road as the study object, through the development of research buildings, selecting three typical commercial office buildings, by analysis and comparison of the basic situation, tries to find the road district of Shanxi＇s economic development characteristics of buildings and making recommendations.
