联合治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Ⅲ型前列腺炎更有效的治疗方法。方法选择80例临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征患者,随机分为2组:联合组为体外电场热疗联合坦索罗辛及抗生素治疗,对照组为单用药物治疗组,观察治疗前后变化并对比疗效分析。结果治疗后2组患者均有明显疗效,联合组总有效率92.5%(37/40),对照组总有效率82.5%(33/40),联合组与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论体外电场热疗联合坦索罗辛及抗生素治疗疗效优于单用药物治疗组,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate more effective therapy for typeⅢ prostatitis. Methods We randomly divided 80 cases of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome into two groups： combination treatment group and control group. The combination treatment group was treated by using External Electromagnetic Field（EF） Hyperthermia combined with tamsulosin and antibiotics, and the control group was treated with drug alone. We observed the changes before and after treatment and compared the therapy efficacy of the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups showed obvious efficacy, the total effective rate of the combination treatment group was 92.5%（37/40）, and that of the control group was 82.5%（33/40）,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The External Electromagnetic Field（EF） Hyperthermia combined with tamsulosin and antibiotics is more effective compared with drug alone,and therefore, it is worth further clinical application.
