摘　　要：描述在研的软Ｘ射线－真空紫外傅立叶变换光谱仪原理样机预期结构和性能，讨论并分析了影响谱仪光谱分辨率及谱线位移的因素，结合大数据量ＦＦＴ数值算法给出实际仪器参数情况下的典型光谱线模拟曲线。In this paper the desired structure and performance of soft X ray and VUV Fourier transform spectrometer which in developing are described in brief.Some factors which can effect the spectral resolution and the shifts of the line positions are discussed and analyzed.We have obtained numerical simulations of spectral line by using the practical instrument parameters and a kind of FFT algorithm for large number data.
