输血科在科学合理用血中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨输血科在科学合理用血中发挥的作用。方法:2007年上半年用血完全按照临床医生要求给予。2008年上半年用血严格执行卫生部《临床输血技术规范》,临床医师和输血医技人员严格掌握输血适应证。2007年上半年与2008年上半年情况进行统计学分析。结果:临床不合理用血有所下降,输血趋于科学合理,临床医师和输血工作者科学用血知识得到了提高。结论:输血科在科学合理用血中的作用明显,效果显著。Objective：To investigate the function of blood transfusion department in the scientific and reasonable use of blood. Method：The use of blood in first half of 2007 was accordance with resquests of clinical doctors. The use of blood in first half of 2008 was guided strictly by 《Technological Specification In Clinical Blood Transfusion》compiled by Ministry of Public Health ,the clincians and technicians who works in blood transfusion depart- ment strictly grasped the indications in blood tansfusion. Then we analyzed statistically the different status between in first half of 2007 and in first half of 2008. Result：The unreasonable use of blood decreased. Blood transfusion was becoming scientific and reasonable. Clincians and technicians had a better understanding about scientific use blood. Conclusion：Blood transfusion department plays an obvious and significant role in the scientific and reasonable use of blood.
