甲状腺功能亢进对口腔溃疡愈合影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物实验探讨甲状腺功能亢进对口腔溃疡愈合时间的影响。方法将20只雄性新西兰大白兔随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组给予100μg/(kg.d)优甲乐溶液灌胃,对照组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,甲亢造模成功后,制作2组动物口腔溃疡模型,并观察记录2组新西兰大白兔溃疡愈合时间。结果2组溃疡愈合时间比较,实验组较对照组愈合时间短,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动物实验证明,甲亢伴发口腔溃疡,其愈合时间较单纯口腔溃疡愈合时间短。Objective To observe the influence of hyperthyroidism on the healing of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer（RAU）.Methods A total 20 adult,healthy Newzealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with 10 in each,the experimental group and the controlled group.The the experimental group was given Euthyrox 100 μg/（kg.d） by intragastric administration per day with the purpose to establish the model of hyperthyroidism,and the controlled group was given the same volume sodium chloride.Then estalish model of RAU in the two groups,and record the time it takes to self--heal completely.Results The self--healing time of the experimental group is shorter than that of the other group. Conclusion It was proved that the self--healing time of recurrent aphthous ulcers associated with hyperthyroidism is shorter than than of recurrent aphthous ulcers happened only.
