摘 要:目的探讨炎性反应标志物脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp—PLA2)活性与脑供血动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对148例脑供血动脉粥样硬化患者(脑供血动脉粥样硬化组)及40例健康体检者(对照组)的Lp-PLA2活性及传统炎性反应标志物和危险因素进行检测,并进行比较分析。结果脑供血动脉粥样硬化组Lp.PLA2活性显著高于对照组[(29.84±3.50)nmol/(min·ml)比(19.79±2.25)nmol/(min·ml),P〈0.01)]。脑供血动脉粥样硬化患者血管狭窄程度与Lp.PIA2活性呈正相关(r=0.491,p〈0.01);血管病变支数与Lp.PLA2活性呈正相关(r=0.249,P=0.026)。Logistic回归分析显示,Lp—PLA2活性升高是除高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞计数等传统非特异性炎性反应标志物以外脑供血动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。结论Lp—PLA2活性升高是脑供血动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。Objective To estimate the relationships between lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) activity and cerebral feeding artery atherose|erosis. Methods The blood samples were obtained from 148 atherosclerosis patients (atheroselerosis group) and 40 normal controls (control group). Activity of plasma Lp-PLA2 and traditional factors were determined. Logistic and regression model was adopted to analyze the roles of Lp-PLA2 and generally inflammatory risk factors in atherosclerosis. Results Lp-PLA2 activity was significantly higher in atherosclerosis group than that in control group [ (29.84± 3.50) nmol/ (min-ml) vs ( 19.79± 2.25)nmol/ (min·ml), P〈 0.01 ]. The angiostegnosis degree and the vascular lesion number showed positive correlation with Lp-PLA2 (r =0.491, P 〈 0.01 and r = 0.249, P = 0.026). Adjusted other risk factors, Lp-PLA2 was an independent risk factor in eerebrat feeding artery atheroselerosis. Conclusion Lp-PLA2, a novel inflammatory marker, is an independent risk factor of cerebral feeding artery atheroselerosis.
