摘　　要：Pdx1是较早发现的决定胰腺分化发育的关键转录因子。近年的研究发现Pdx1不仅是促进胰腺β细胞的胰岛素、生长抑素、葡萄糖激酶等基因表达的重要因素，也是诱导成体肝细胞转分化为胰岛素分泌细胞的重要因子。综述了2000年以来Pdx1诱导的转分化实验研究发展过程及在医学生物学临床治疗方面的意义和应用前景。Pdx1, one of the earlier discovered transcription factors, is very important in determining the pancreas development at very early stage. Recent study shows that, besides regulating insulin, somatostation and glucokinase genes expression, Pdx1 is a critical factor at transdifferenting hepatic cell into insulin-producing cell. The experimental processes and clinical therapeutical expectation for the diabetes from 2000 up till now, have been reviewed and are briefly summarized here.
