摘  要:目的:建立RRLC-UV法同时测定丹参药材中9种酚酸的含量。方法:以3,4-二羟基苯乙酸为内标,采用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse PlusC18(2.1mm×50mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.3mL·min^-1,检测波长质量286nm。结果:这9种成分在测定质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数不低于0.9995。仪器精密度和方法精密度RSD均小于2.4%,9种成分平均回收率在96.7%~102.6%,RSD均小于3.1%(n=3)。结论:该方法简便、快速,结果准确,重复性好,适用于丹参药材的质量控制。Objective : To establish a RRLC-UV method for simultaneous determination of nine phenolic acids in'Salvia miltiorrhiza. Method: 3,4-Dihydroxyphenylacetic acid was used as internal standard, and analysis was carried out on an Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 (2- 1 mm × 50 mm, 1.8μm) column with acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid aqueous solution as mobile phases in gradient elution. The flow rate was 0. 3 mL · min^-1, and the UV detector was monitored at 286 nm. Result: All calibration curves showed good linear regression within test ranges (r≥0. 999 5 ) ; and the overall recoveries were in the range of 98.2%-102. 6% , with RSD less than 3. 1% (n = 3). The overall RSD of precision test were less than 2.4%. Conclusion : The developed method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of S. miltiorrhiza.
