摘  要:射流微泡发生器是在射流形成的负压作用下将空气吸入,并粉碎成微小气泡。基于射流原理,研究了射流微泡发生器内矿浆射流诱导的吸气机理,即充气速度和空气吸入量与矿浆喷射量之间的关系。并探讨了结构参数对射流微泡发生器的影响,得出了射流微泡发生器能提供微小气泡、大充气量和高气含率的结论,为进一步优化和改进射流微泡发生器提供了理论依据。The jet micro-bubble generator is a equipment which entrains and smashes the air under the negative pressure formed by jet flow, in order to obtain the micro-bubble. Based on the theory of jet, the mechanism of the gas aspiration of the jet induction in micro-bubble generator is researched, that is the relationships between the injection duration of pulp and the aeration velocity and the entrained-air volume. The influences of the structltral parameter on the jet micro-bubble generator are discussed. The conclusions of which the jet micro-bubble generator can obtain the less microbubble, more air quantity and higher air rate are achieved. The research results have some meanings in optimizing and improving the jet micro-particle flotation equipment.
