摘 要:[目的]研究光照条件对丽格海棠体外快繁的影响。[方法]用丽格海棠幼嫩叶片作为外植体,给予不同光照条件,观察不定芽的诱导率和增殖率。[结果]在1000lx光照条件下培养14d,后移到2000lx光照条件下培养的不定芽诱导率最高,可达100%;在2000lx的光照条件时,增殖效果最好。[结论]不同光照强度直接影响丽格海棠不定芽的诱导和增殖。[ Objective ] The effect of illumination conditions on rapid propagation of Rieger begonias was studied. [ Method] The young leaves of Rieger begonias were used as explants, the induction rate and proliferation rate of adventitious bud were observed under different illumination conditions. [ Result] The highest induction rate of adventitious bud( 100% ) was achieved culturing on 1 000 lx illumination conditions for 14 days, then on 2 000 lx illumination conditions for 18 days; culturing on 2 000 lx illumination condition was suited for proliferation. [ Conclusion ] The induction and proliferation of adventitious of Rieger begonias bud were affected under different illumination conditions.
