景宁白茶套罩嫁接法试验

摘　　要：［目的］确定景宁白茶的最佳嫁接时间段和不同品系间嫁接的难易程度。［方法］分别在秋、春和夏季采用套罩保湿法和随机区组排列对景宁白茶进行嫁接试验。［结果］景宁白茶在春、夏和秋季的嫁接成活率在72.0%-94.0%之间，夏季的平均成活率与保存率分别为91.2%和81.3%，春季和秋季的平均成活率分别为80.0%和82.0%，秋季的平均保存率仅为25.7%。秋季和春季嫁接景宁白茶的平均株高约为56.2和47.1 cm，平均冠幅约为10 cm × 10 cm。不同品系景宁白茶的嫁接成活率和保存率分别为79.1%-87.8%和50.7%-57.6%；白玉1号的成活率最低，为79.1%；坟山2号的成活率最高，达87.8%。三枝树品系的平均株高最高和冠幅最大。白玉1号和白玉2号的平均株高分别为三枝树品系的77.0%和85.8%。［结论］套罩法嫁接景宁白茶，夏季的成活率和保存率最高，品系间的成活率和保存率差异不显著，但生长量相差较大。[ Objective ] The purpose of the study was to ascertain the optimum grafting time quantum of Jingning white tea and the difficult degrees of grafting among its different lines. [ Method] The grafting experiment with randomized block arrangement was carried out on Jingning white tea by hood-covering wet remaining method in autumn, spring and summer resp. [ Result] The grafting survival rates of Jingning white tea in spring, summer and autumn were between 72.0% and 94.0% , it average survival rate and preservation rate in summer were 91.2% and 81.3% resp. , the average survival rates in spring and autumn were 80.0% and 82.0% resp. and the average preservation rate in autumn was only 25.7%. The average plant heights of Jingning white tea grafted in autumn and spring were about 56.2 and 47.1 em and their average crown size was about 10 cm × 10 cm. The grafting survival rates and preservation rates of different lines of Jingning white tea were 79.1% - 87.8% and 50.7% -57.6% resp. The survival rate of Baiyu 1 was lowest, being 79.1% and that of Fenshan 2 was highest, being up to 87.8%. The average plant height of Sanzhishu line was highest and its crown size was largest. The average plant heights of Baiyu 1 and Baiyu 2 were 77.0% and 85.8% of that of Sanzhishu line resp. [ Conclusion] The survival rate and preservation rate of Jingning white tea grafted by hood-covering wet remaining method in summer were highest and their differences among lines were not significant. But, the growth difference among lines was relatively big.
