摘  要:根据辽宁省典型降水天气类型,建立了以辽宁沈阳辉山雷达观测站为中心、300km×300km范围内的辽宁省人工增雨效果检验试验区,以试验区为依托给出了辽宁省人工增雨效果检验实施方案设计的基本原则和检验方法,提出了增雨作业区域、作业时段与作业效果检验有机结合的新思路,在试验区内随机地选取作业单元与对比单元,以便更好地利用效果检验中的随机化理论。According to typical precipitation weather system in Liaoning Province, an artificial precipitation experimental area was estab- lished. This region is 300 km × 300 km. Its center lied on Shenyang Hui Mountain radar' s observational station. Basic principle and evaluated method of executing precept design of the artificial precipitation result were presented in the experimental area. A new view of mutual connection about seeding area, seeding occasion and evaluated effects was brought up. At the same time, these seeding area and un-seeding area were randomized during experimental courses so that randomized theory was utilized in effect experiment.
