摘　　要：在厘清中国传统孝文化内涵的基础上,分析了以孝文化为背景的传统农村养老保险制度。介绍了传统农村养老保险制度在新时期凸显出的缺陷,在此基础上,从法律法规、财政扶持、监督管理等方面探讨了构建新型农村养老保险制度的路径。Based on the apprehension of the connotation of traditional filial piety culture in China, the traditional rural social endowment insurance system was analyzed under the background of filial piety culture. The defects of the traditional system in new period were introduced. On this basis, the paths on constructing a new rural social endowment insurance system were discussed form the aspects of laws, regulations, financial support and supervision.
