摘  要:[目的]为香木莲和木莲的引种栽培提供参考。[方法]以深圳仙湖植物园相同小生境中的香木莲和木莲为研究对象,测定其冠层外部充分展开的第3~4叶位上成熟功能叶的光合作用参数,并采用直角双曲线校正模型对光合生理指标进行拟合。[结果]香木莲的光饱和点、最大光合速率、光补偿点和暗呼吸速率均低于木莲,而光抑制效应系数(0.000 7)大于木莲(0.000 4);2种木莲的气孔导度随光强的增加均呈线性增加;当光强接近400 μmol/(m^2·s)时,香木莲的胞间CO2浓度稳定在200 μmol/mol,而木莲的胞间CO2浓度稳定在260 μmol/mol;2种木莲蒸腾速率的变化趋势与气孔导度相似;模型拟合的光合生理指标与实际观测值的相关性较好。[结论]气孔限制和光抑制是香木莲生长的主要限制因子。[ Objective ] The aim was to provide the reference for induction and cuhivation of Manglietia aromatica Dandy and Manglietial fordiana Oliver. [ Method] With M. aromatica and M. fordiana in the same microhahitat of Shenzhen fairy lake botanical garden as the materials, the photosynthetic parameters of the matured functional leaves at the 3rd - 4th leaf position that fully expanded at external canopy of Manglietia were delermiued. And the photosynthetic physiological indexes were ftted with the rectangular hyperbola correction model. [ Result] The light saturation point, biggest photosynthetic rate, light compensation point and dark respiration rate of M. aromatica were all lower than those of M. fordiana, but its photo inhibition effect coefficient (0. 000 7) was higher than that of M. fordiana. The stomatal eonduetances of 2 kinds of Manglietia were all linearly increased with the increase of light intensity. When light intensity closed to 400 μmol/( m^2 · s) , the inlercellular CO2 comcn. of M. aromatica was stable at 200 μmol/mol and that of M. fordiana was stable at 260 μmol/tool. The changing trends of the transpiration rates of 2 kinds of Manglietia were similar with those of stomatal conduetances. The correlation of the fitted photosynthetic physiological indexes and the observed data was good. [ Conclusion] Stomatal limitation and light inhibition were the main limiting factors on growth of M.aromatien.
