摘 要:利用脉冲X光实验,获得了一组膛内火药床在底部点火条件下撞击弹底及在弹底处形成堆积与挤压状况的照片,并测出了药床前沿药粒撞击弹底时的运动速度.进一步的动态模拟实验,取得了与膛内实际环境相近的药粒撞击和挤压实验结果.通过对实验结果的定性和定量分析,给出了火药颗粒在承受撞击和挤压两种不同力学状态下所引起的火药破碎及破碎程度,从而为进一步研究火药由破碎诱发膛炸提供了重要的实验依据.By using the pulsed X ray, a series of photographes describing the propellant impacting on the projectile base and accumulation and compression at the projectile base when ignited at the chamber base are obtained, and the grains velocity impacting on the base are also measured. The impact and compression test results simular to the real environents in the bore are also obtained by some further similarity experiment. By the quantitative and qualitative analyses, the propellants breakup and breakup degree at two different mechanical environments of impact and compression are presented. It provides the basis for further study on the breechblow caused by propellants' breakup.
