摘　　要：目的:评价我院门诊的用药情况。方法:随机抽取我院2007年5月执行《处方管理办法》后的门诊处方10680张,对书写不规范、用药不适宜处方进行归类、分析。结果:我院书写不规范处方占抽查处方的12.0%,用药不适宜处方占抽查处方的51.6%。结论:我院处方存在一定程度的书写不规范、用药不适宜现象,需引起重视。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the drug use in outpatients of our hospital. METHODS： A total of 10.680 prescriptions prescribed since the issuing of the Prescription Management Method on May 2007 were reviewed for an analysis of the irrational ones involving nonstandard writing and inappropriate drug use. RESULTS： 12.0% prescriptions were nonstandard in writing and 51.6% were irrational in drug use. CONCLUSION： The prescriptions in our hospital under study are somewhat irrational in prescription writing and drug use, which is worth the highest alert.
