摘　　要：目的:评价某三级甲等医院谷氨酰胺类药的应用情况。方法:从该院2007年10～12月应用谷氨酰胺类药(丙酰胺谷氨酰胺注射液、谷氨酰胺颗粒)的2125份住院病历中,随机抽取其中607份进行回顾性分析。结果:普通外科、心胸外科等科室应用较多;人均用药量较大,集中在10～174.58g之间;有100例不符合用药适应证,主要表现为儿童用药(12.36%)和用药周期过长(3.95%);用药疾病种类以肿瘤/癌症、结直肠疾病、肝胆疾病为主。结论:谷氨酰胺类药在该院许多科室被广泛应用,大多数患者应用较合理;对烧伤和创伤患者值得进一步推广应用。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of glutamines in a grade Ⅲ class a hospital. METHODS： Of the total 2 125 medical records of patients treated with glutamines（propionamide- glutamine injection, glutamine granules） in this hospital between Oct. and Dec. in 2007, 607 were randomly sampled for retrospective analysis. RESULTS： General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, etc. took the lead in terms of the consumption of glutamines. The per capita consumption sum of glutamines ranged from 10 g to 174.58 g. 100 cases received glutamines without indication, chiefly manifested as medication for children（ 12.36% ）and excessively prolonged medication cycle （3.95%）. Glutamines were mainly used for patients with tumor/ cancer, colorectal disease or hepatobiliary diseases. CONCLUSION： Glutamines are widely used in many departments of this hospital and the use of which in the majority of patients is rational, which are worthy of extensively application for patients with burn or trauma injury.
