摘 要:催化湿式氧化法(CWAO)的催化剂,目前研究较多的是以TiO2为载体,现采用活性炭为载体,通过活性炭预处理、表面纳米化、负载贵金属等步骤形成若干不同的催化剂,再对各催化剂催化活性进行比较,确定最佳制备方案.使用该催化剂对实验室模拟废水在间歇式反应釜上进行处理,废水的COD去除率可达75%,NH3-N去除率在80%以上.Most of the present studies of catalyst for catalytic wet air oxidation take TiO2 as a carrier. This research took active carbon as a new carrier, then pretreated it, made the outer surface nanocrystallized, supported precious metals to produce several different catalysts. After making a comparison, the optimum preparation program of them was determined. Then the catalyst was applied to catalytic wet air oxidation process in simulated wastewater. The research found that its catalytic activity was acceptable by the determinations of COD of the simulated wastewater. The ratio of removing COD was about 75%, and ratio of removing NH3-N was over 80%.
