摘　　要：目的优化感染控制流程预防手术室感染的发生。方法根据手术室相关资料,分为对照组与观察组,确定手术室工作中存在的问题,进行综合评价分析,获得最佳证据,以科学、系统的方法优化手术室感染控制流程。结果优化后的流程,符合国家卫生部感染规定要求,可操作性强,使护理人员易于按标准执行;通过对照组与观察组对比:器械清洗隐血监测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);手、物体表面卫生学监测、两组护理人员洗手依从性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);锐器伤发生P<0.01;各项监测指标比较差异均有统计学意义。结论优化手术室感染控制流程,为手术室提供科学、系统的工作方法。OBJECTIVE Optimizing the infection control process to prevent the infection in the Operating room. METHODS Based on the operating room materials, the problems were found out then with the help of the comprehensive analysis to get the best evidence, finally use the systemic method to optimize the infection control process in the operating room. RESULTS Optimal process was corresponding to the requirements of National Medical department, and has good maneuverability, so it was easy to carry out for the nurses. Comparing the control group and the observation group, we could found： the monitoring of the cleaning of occult blood on surgical instruments （P〈0. 01）; the hygienical monitoring of the surface of hands, objects （P〈0.01）; the obedience of the two groups＇ nurses to wash hands （P〈0.01） ; the incidence of the sharp instrument injury（P〈 0.01）. All the monitoring targets are statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS Optimizing the infection control process can offer scientific, systemic methods of working to the operating room.
