摘　　要：随着社会经济结构的变化与发展,零售商在整个产业链中的地位也在不断提升,原来由供应商主导的供应链逐步向零售商主导型供应链演化。本文在对大量文献检索的基础上,分别从零售商主导型供应链联盟形成的原因、零售商主导型供应链联盟的效率、零售商与供应商的信息共享以及零售商主导型供应链联盟的利益协调等方面,对目前国内外学术界关于零售商主导型供应链的研究成果进行了介绍和评述,并对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望。Along with the change and development of social economic structure, the position of retailers is increasingly rising in the whole industry chain, with the supply chain evolving gradually from the supplier-dominant to the retailer-dominant. Based on the abundant research literature, this paper introduces and comments the researches made by both domestic and international scholars on the supply chain dominated by retailer, respectively from various aspects in the supply chain alliance dominated by retailer such as the forming reason, the efficiency, the information sharing and the benefit distributing between supplier and retailer. Besides, it predicts the future research direction in this research field.
