摘  要:本试验观察了Steinernemacarpocapsae线虫的两个品系Agriotas(A24)和Beijing不同浓度及不同的施药方法对光肩星天牛、杨十斑吉丁虫幼虫的防治效果。田间试验表明:对光肩星天牛,Beijing品系的作用效果优于A24品系,以注射浓度7500条/ml为佳,幼虫孔减退率达86.4%。对杨十斑吉丁虫,A24品系最优浓度为10000条/ml,Beijing品系最优浓度为5000条/ml,两个品系的防治效果没有显著差异,从经济成本考虑,可选择Beijing品系,活幼虫孔减退率可达到66.7%。t Effects of 2 strains of Steinernema Carpocapsae, Agriotas (A24) and Beijing ,on control of Anopiophora glaripennis (Motsch.) and Melanophila Decastigma Fabr. were observed under different concentrations and different application methods. The field test shows that the effect of Beijing was higher than that of A24 on control of Anopiophora glaripennis (Motsch.). The best treatment was injection at a concentration of 7500 nematode/ml and the reduction rate of young insect holes was 86.4%. For control of Melanophila decastigma Fabr. the optimum treatments were 10000 nematode of A24/ml and 5000 nematode of Beijing/ml and there was no difference between the effects of 2 strains.Considering the economic cost Beijing may be chosen and the reduction rate of live young insect holes can reach 66.7%.
