摘　　要：目的:总结临床药师在肝胆外科5年的药学服务实践,分析典型感染病例,积累经验。方法:归纳临床药师在肝胆外科提供药学服务的途径和内容,分析典型感染病例,总结工作模式和体会。结果:临床药师可以通过多种途径和方式提供药学服务,与医护人员合作,广泛参与患者临床治疗实践。结论:适合区域发展水平的临床药师工作模式,有利于提高临床药学服务水平,尽量保障合理安全用药。OBJECTIVE： To summarize the pharmaceutical care practice of 5 years of clinical pharmacists in Hepatobiliary Surgery and analyze the typical infection cases so as to accumulate experiences.METHODS： The approaches and contents of the pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists in Hepatobiliary Surgery were summarized;the typical cases of infection were analyzed and the working patterns and experiences of clinical pharmacists were summarized.RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists can provide pharmaceutical care by multiple approaches and ways such as by cooperatingwith medical staff and extensively participating in the practice of clinical treatment of patients. CONCLUSION： The clinical pharmacists＇ working patterns suitable for the local development will help improve the level of clinical pharmaceutical care and maximize rational and safe medication.
