灰色聚类挖掘算法在山东黄河通信档案信息资源利用综合评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：随着山东黄河通信服务要求的提高,档案为促进单位发展的广度和深度也随之发生变化,需要档案部门根据本单位档案工作的特点,采取科学化、规范化的管理措施和途径,挖掘档案信息资源,以适应现代黄河通信事业发展的要求,更好地为黄河事业服务,本文针对本单位档案信息资源利用情况,利用数据挖掘之灰色聚类算法对档案信息资源利用情况进行了一次综合评价,从结果看对未来单位档案信息资源有效利用和黄河通信事业提供了科学决策依据。Along with the enhancement of Shandong Yellow River communication services＇ request, the archives breadth which develops in depth for the promotion unit also changes along with it, needs the archives department according to this unit archives work characteristic, adopts scientific, the standardized management measure and the way, the excavation archives information resource, adapts modern Yellow River to correspond the request which the enterprise develops, serves well for the Yellow River enterprise, this article in view of this unit archives information resource use situation, has carried on a quality synthetic evaluation gray cluster algorithm using the data mining to the archives information resource using the situation, from the result looked that will correspond the enterprise to the future unit archives information resource effective use with Yellow River to provide the scientific decision-making basis.
