摘　　要：当今的改革大潮有力地冲击着传统的道德思想，导致人才选拔标准的扭曲错位以及社会表率的严重失落。针对这种情况，本人特作短议二则。The now reform flood tide is attacking the traditional moral thought powerfully, causes the talented person to select the standard the distortion dislocation as well as the social model loses seriously.
