摘 要:从普通木麻黄、细枝木麻黄和粗枝木麻黄根瘤上分离到具典型孢囊和泡囊特征的放线菌Frankiasp.菌株18株,均获得纯培养。BAP是木麻黄根瘤内生菌生长的适宜培养基。同一木麻黄根瘤中有不同形态特征与侵染特性的内生菌共存;木麻黄根瘤内生菌在木麻黄不同种内可交叉侵染,还可侵染杨梅、四川木岂木。Eighteen Frankia strains of actinomycetes with sporangia have been isolated from the root nodules of Casuarina equisetifolia , C.cunninghamiana and C.glauca by the tissue culture.The results of the pure culture on three media show that the BAP is the most suitable medium for the growth of Casuarina Frankia strains.The strains that have different characteristics of form and infection survive together in the same root nodule.Back inoculation experiments demonstrate that Frankia strains can not only crisscross infect young roots within different species of Casuarina ceae,but can also infect the seedlings of Myrica rubra and Alnus cremastogyne of other families to form root nodules.
