摘　　要：目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者急诊冠脉介入治疗（PCI）术前后妊娠相关蛋白A（APAPP—A）、高敏c反应蛋白（hs—CRP）和脑钠肽（BNP）水平变化的意义及与冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法观察51例急性冠脉综合征患者术前1h及术后24hhs—CRP、PAPP—A和BNP水平变化。PCI术中冠脉造影确定冠状动脉病变血管数目，分析PCI对hs—CRP、PAPP—A和BNP变化的影响及hs—CRP、PAPP—A、BNP与冠脉病变程度的相关性。结果51例急诊PCI手术均获得成功。PCI术后hs—CRP、PAPP—A水平明显高于术前（P〈0．05），而BNP水平明显低于术前（P〈0．05），两支和三支病变患者hs—CRP、PAPP—A、BNP水平明显高于单支病变患者（P〈0．05）。结论PCI可导致体内hs—CRP和PAPP—A表达增加，hs—CRP、PAPP—A和BNP水平与冠脉病变程度存在明显的相关性。Objective To investigate the change and significance of plasma PAPP-A, hs-CRP and BNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） and the relationship between level of coronary（PCI） and PAPP-A, hs-CRP and BNP. Methods The level of PAPP-A hs-CRP and BNP were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 51 patients with AMI before and after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention 24 hours later. The relationship between level of coronary pathological changes and PAPP-A hs-CRP and BNP was analyzed with the software of SPSS. Results The levels of PAPP-A and hs-CRP after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention 24 hours later were higher than pre-PCI（P〈0.05 ）, however the level of BNP was lower than pre-PCI（P〈0.05）. The levels of PAPP-A, hs-CRP and BNP in group with two and three vessels of coronary lesions were significantly higher than the group with single vessel of coronary lesions （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The level of PAPP-A and hs-CRP elevate after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention, there has significant relationship between level of coronary lesions and PAPP-A, hs-CRP and BNP.
