摘　　要：目的探讨心脏术后正常甲状腺功能病态综合征（SES）的原因和治疗。方法回顾分析32例术后患者SES的发生情况及处理方法。结果32例患者中，15例进行了激素替代治疗，其中11例3d后顺利恢复，2例经近1周的治疗后病情缓解，而另2例患者病情迁延，甲状腺功能指标反复，最终死亡。结论对心脏外科术后发生SES的患者，视情况可进行激素替代治疗，其治疗反应可以反映预后。Objective To explore the reasons and treatments of euthyroid sick syndrome （SES） after heart surgery. Methods 32 patients with SES after heart surgery were studied retrospectively. Results Of patients who underwent hormone replacement therapy, 11 recovered smoothly after 3 days, 2 recovered after nearly a week, while 2 others had protracted conditions and died in the end. Conclusion Patients with SES after open heart surgery can be treated with hormone replacement therapy, and the response might have prognostic value..
