摘　　要：目的分析子宫肌瘤的常见中医脉象及其特征。方法对4,5,6,7版中医妇科学中医药高等教育教材、1999～2008年医药卫生期刊中有关子宫肌瘤脉象研究的125篇文献、4000余例现代名中医医案中子宫肌瘤的脉象记录进行分析。结果子宫肌瘤的脉象具有一定的特异性和规律性。实际诊疗中记录的子宫肌瘤脉象达32种,出现率最高的脉象为沉弦脉。结论子宫肌瘤的脉象特征表现为脉位以沉脉为主,脉的形与势以弦脉、涩脉、细脉为主。Objective To analyze common pulse manifestations and characteristics of hysteromyoma. Method The teaching materials of Chinese gynecology for TCM higher education （edition 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th）, 125 documents about pulse manifestations of hysteromyoma from medical journals from 1999 to 2008, and the medical records of modem famous TCM physicians about pulse manifestations from more than 4000 cases of hysteromyoma were analyzed. Result The specificity and regularity of the pulse manifestations of hysteromyoma were summarized. The occurrence rate of the pulse of deep and wiry was the highest among 32 pulse manifestations recorded in clinical practice. Conclusion The pulse manifestations of hysteromyoma are characterized by deep pulse in the pulse position, and wiry pulse, stagnant pulse and thready in the pulse shape and force.
