阿托伐他汀对高血压合并血脂异常患者血压影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀对高血压合并血脂异常患者血压的影响。方法采用组间对照的方法将55例原发性高血压病合并高血脂的患者分为治疗组及对照组,在应用福辛普利、苯磺酸氨氯地平控制血压的基础上,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀10mg,1次/晚,对照组加用非诺贝特200mg,1次/d,疗程均6个月,监测血压及血脂变化。结果治疗组较对照组收缩压、舒张压及脉压均有显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀使高血压合并血脂异常患者血压下降。Objective To observe the effect of atorvatatin drugs on blood pressure in patients with hypertension combined with blood lipid abnormality. Methods Fifty five patients with essential hypertension combined with blood lipid abnormality in hospital from Jan. 2008 to Aug. 2008 were divided into the treatment group and the control group. On the basis of controlling blood pressure using fosinopril and amlodipine, the treatment group was added statin drugs 10 mg per night, while the control group was added finofibrate 200 variation of blood pressure and blood lipid was monitored in the whole mg per day. The treatment period. Results The systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure in treatment group were significantly reduced than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were statistical differences between the two groups. Conclusion Atorvatatin drugs can reduce the blood pressure in patients with hypertension combined with blood lipid abnormality.
